Aedgar is an ancient Earth spirit. He’s had existences in rock and in the ocean, as well as human lives. He found true love in two of these lives with Aiden (also male in those lifetimes). He says that true love was the most important discovery he made on Earth.
Living in England in the 1500s, Aedgar’s life with Aiden was kept intensely secret, and his knowledge of healing plants was closely guarded. Even though he was taught herbal medicine by monks, and being gay came naturally, he could have been burned as a witch for either.
His sharp intellect suffers no fools, including those in high office or in priestly robes.
